A journey through axis, awareness, and effortless movement.
2:45 - 4:15 PM: The Free Leg - Axis, Timing & Expression (Intermediate Level)
Developing awareness and control of the free leg as a tool for expression.

Sunday, August 9th
1:00 - 2:30 PM: Turn & Planeos (Intermediate Level)
Exploring circularity, spiral energy, and the art of turning with balance, control, and connection.
2:45 - 4:15 PM: Sacadas for Men and Women (Intermediate Level)
Working the technique and exploring possibilities.

Pricing:

• Group Lesson (Drop-in): $35
• Five-Class Package: $150
  Includes four classes at The Hut on August 8th & 9th and an additional class on August 7th at Dance Station from 7:00 - 8:30 PM.
• Private Lessons: Available from 11:00 AM at The Hut from August 6th to 10th.
