Join us for a deeply restorative and transformative journey focused on releasing energetic blockages, balancing the chakra system, and cultivating inner harmony through the ancient practices of Bija Mantra chanting and an extended gong and sound bath.

During this workshop, we will explore the seven main chakras and their corresponding Bija Mantras—sacred seed syllables used for thousands of years in yogic and tantric traditions. Each chakra resonates with unique vibrational sounds associated with specific physical, emotional, and energetic qualities within us.

The word Bija means “seed” in Sanskrit. These powerful one-syllable mantras—such as LAM, VAM, RAM, YAM, HAM, OM, and the silent vibration of the crown chakra—are seen as the energetic essence of each chakra. When chanted with mindfulness, they awaken latent energy, clear stagnation, improve concentration, and align body, mind, and spirit.

Feel the vibrations generated through vocalization physically within your body, encouraging a deeper connection with your inner landscape and supporting emotional release and energetic balance. Following the mantra practice, lie down and receive an extended gong and sound bath, allowing the effects of the earlier vocal practice to deepen and integrate.

Immerse yourself in soothing sounds of singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes, ancient gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. Their rich harmonics create a nurturing space for rest, meditation, and inner exploration—taking you on a journey beyond the everyday into profound presence.

The gong crafts an "ocean of sound" that gently washes through your body, inviting unwinding of the nervous system while supporting natural balance and restoration. The experience can evoke a spontaneous meditative state, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and nourished.
