🎤 The inaugural lecture, titled "Cities We Carry", will be guided by the insightful Ekaterina Samotey—an architect and cultural heritage specialist, as well as a somatic coach and facilitator of the BODY+CITY project.

🏙️ Explore how spaces are more than mere backdrops to our lives; they infiltrate our beings and linger within us. Our bodies serve as living archives of every place we've inhabited, creating internal maps that influence our perception of new environments, evoking either profound connection or resistance.

💡 Together, we will decode our bodily spatial memory to better understand our reactions, fostering a more conscious and rooted relationship with the spaces we call home.
