As the founder of Solai Coffee, I import high-quality Kenyan beans directly from farmers I trust. Let’s explore the rich stories, flavors, and traditions that make each cup special.
☕️ I’m Nate, the owner and master roaster at Credo Coffee Roasters in Orlando. With over ten years in the specialty coffee scene, I’ve built Credo into one of Central Florida’s most respected roasteries. My goal is to roast coffee that highlights the unique characteristics of each bean and to help you discover how various origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods can elevate your coffee experience.

Together, we’ll take you on an unforgettable journey from farm to cup. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the roasting process, learn professional cupping techniques, and take home a specially roasted coffee.
