Community-Centered Neuroaffirming Sensory Experience

Join us for a relaxed, child-led sensory experience designed to nurture curiosity, connection, and joyful exploration! This is not a structured class, and there are no expectations to complete activities or 'do it the right way.'

Children are encouraged to explore at their own pace while caregivers follow their lead in a welcoming, neuroaffirming environment—where all play is valid. During the experience, families will enjoy multiple open-ended sensory invitations that encourage:

Caregivers will also receive gentle tips throughout the session about supporting sensory exploration and connection through everyday play. At the end of the experience, each child will create a simple Make & Take sensory activity to continue the fun at home.

Event Details

• Ages: Best suited for young children (approximately birth–8 years) with a caregiver present.
• Registration: Registration is required.
• Space: Limited to 6 families to provide a calm, welcoming environment.
• Cost: $25 for the first child, $5 for each additional sibling.

This experience is thoughtfully designed by a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for neuroaffirming, play-based learning. Each sensory invitation is intentionally created to support curiosity, engagement, communication, and meaningful interactions through child-led play. This is a community sensory experience and is not a therapy session.
