Connections Café

Join us for our free monthly café at The Spinney in Chingford! This welcoming event is open to everyone in our community, including individuals living with dementia, their families, and caregivers. 🌼

Every second Monday of the month from 11 AM to 12 noon, we offer a variety of activities, from live performances to fun games, all in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. ☕

Enjoy delicious tea, coffee, and cake while sharing meaningful moments, making connections, and forming new friendships through engaging conversations.
