Hosted by the talented Isla Donaldson, this event invites all those curious about Contact Improvisation to dive into the experience!
Through engaging solo and partner work, along with guided scores, we’ll focus on the fundamentals such as embodying listening, working with gravity, and building mutual support.
💫 What to Expect:
- Jam Session: An unstructured space for dancing, witnessing, and resting, allowing you to integrate your experiences from the class while exploring personal curiosities.
- Open Level: This class warmly welcomes everyone, regardless of experience—both beginners and seasoned practitioners will find support.

- Jam: 16:00 – 17:00
