About the Event
We are made of the same matter as stars. And somewhere between the pace of building something, the weight of leading, and the noise of being seen — we forget that. This morning is about coming back to it.
On May 27th, 1% Women — in collaboration with Varvara Fisher and Simbiosis — brings together female founders, creatives, freelancers and entrepreneurs for a slow, sensory morning of movement, stillness, and a table set with intention. The room is dressed in candlelight and astral projections. Galaxies move across the walls. Sound fills the space before words do. Your body is the universe — 90 minutes to remember that.

The Experience

Cosmic Yoga Flow & Yoga Nidra — led by Varvara Fisher A 90-minute flow that moves through the body like light through a room — unhurried, deliberate, full. Held by soundscapes designed to take you deeper, it closes in Yoga Nidra — a guided savasana that takes you somewhere between sleep and knowing.
Gut-Healthy Brunch — 10:00 Then we eat. Every element curated by Varvara — food as care, as continuation of the practice.

1% Women — Host & organiser. A curated private network for women building something of their own. We create space for real connection, shared growth, and the kind of conversations that move you forward.
Varvara Fisher & Simbiosis — Movement guide, brunch curator & co-host. Varvara is a holistic wellness practitioner combining evidence-based behavioural insight with embodied practices including yoga, Pilates, and Lagree. Simbiosis is her approach to wellbeing — from "symbiosis", mutual thriving. A holistic integration of movement, nourishment, mindset, and nervous system regulation. Wellness without rigid templates or pressure. Built around learning to work with your body, your energy, and your lifestyle to create habits that actually last.
