Join us for a rare, unrestricted guided experience led by our most seasoned tour guides. This in-depth exploration covers all four floors of the Main Building, the Medical Center, the Criminally Insane Unit, and the Women’s Auxiliary Building. You'll even have the chance to visit a former lobotomy and recovery area, as well as the oldest section of the hospital, built during the Civil War.
