Dear Here and Now Adventurers,

We warmly invite you to an enchanting evening that intertwines the serenity of meditation with the joy of singing. 🎤✨

Just as meditation grounds us and calms the mind, singing connects us to our own voice and to those around us, creating harmony within and without. We will be guided by the talented vocal coach Philip Hein, who will gently awaken our voices through a warm-up and playful vocal exploration, revealing their richness and power.

Join Tim for a brief guided relaxation and Heartfulness meditation to help us arrive in the present moment. Together, we'll choose 5 out of 9 uplifting songs to practice, culminating in a calming singing medley during the final 20 minutes, where Philip will lead us in a beautiful musical experience.

No prior preparation or experience is necessary; lyrics will be provided, and everyone is warmly welcomed! 🎤❤️

📅 Evening Details:

🕕 Time: Arrive from 18:20, session starts at 18:30 (please do not arrive before 18:15 as the space will still be in use)

📍 Location: Heartfulness Meditationszentrum

• Vocal Activation: Guided warm-up and vocal exploration with Philip Hein
• Gentle Relaxation: Followed by a short Heartfulness meditation
• Singing: Together, we'll sing 5 uplifting songs led by Philip.
