This annual celebration marks 22 years in 2026! It's held every year on the Saturday before Halloween (except when October 31st is a Saturday) from 11 AM to 2 PM. Explore the Historic Center for Arts, Culture, and Cuisine — our wonderful Downtown Salinas!
