Need a hand with technology? 🤔 Join us at the Rinconada branch library for our drop-in tech help sessions every Tuesday morning! Our friendly staff is here to assist you with a variety of tech challenges, including:

• Learning to use Libby and/or Hoopla
• Accessing library databases and services 📚
• Downloading and streaming content 🎧
• Navigating the City of Palo Alto Library website 🌐
• Downloading and using the new PACL app
• Wi-Fi connection help 📶
• Printing documents 🖨️
• Creating an email account ✉️
• Basic computer skills 💼
• Installing and using common apps 📲
• And much more!

Please note: We are unable to assist with repairing damaged hardware or software.

Registration is encouraged but not mandatory! Keep in mind that space and time are limited; assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to registrants. Don't forget to bring your devices, ensure they are charged, and have your passwords handy. We can't wait to help you! 🙌
