Ecstatic Dance workshop 💃💃

Join us for an Ecstatic Dance experience at Chalmers! 🌈✨ Immerse yourself in a space that celebrates freedom and self-expression through movement. Our event invites participants to explore their own unique rhythms, offering a meditative atmosphere and the chance to reconnect with your inner child. 🎉

Guided by Mirja, you will move through five layers of rhythms aligned with the elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Each element brings its unique tempo, ensuring a diverse playlist to groove to. Expect a first cycle with verbal guidance, followed by a second cycle driven solely by music.

Please remember:

• 🚰 Bring a water bottle
• 👕 Dress comfortably for dancing
• 👟 Indoor shoes or bare feet to enjoy the floor!
