ABOUT STELLA PARK

Stella Park is a certified yoga instructor (200HR) and movement artist who effortlessly blends her lifelong passion for dance into her teaching. As a bicultural 1.5-generation Korean American fluent in Korean, she brings a unique cross-cultural warmth to her practice, connecting communities on and off the mat. With six years of dedicated personal practice and training at One Down Dog, her classes offer creative, fluid sequencing and expressive movement. Expect a dynamic, rhythmic practice that blends strength, alignment, and artistic flow, helping you connect deeply with your body and mind.
