Fed up with endless swiping and hollow small talk? Craving something deeper and more real? Step away from the apps and arrive fully into yourself — this immersive evening experience is making its Berlin debut, bringing together authentic connection through body, movement and touch. 🌿
🌀 What is Embodied Dating?
This is a carefully guided evening where participants flow between conversation, movement and touch — building genuine, playful connections with like-minded souls. You'll leave not only having sparked new relationships, but carrying skills that enrich every future connection in your life.
✨ What Will Happen?
The evening opens with a Kapal Bhati breathwork practice and movement meditation to help you settle in. Kapal Bhati — known as the "skull-shining breath" — is a dynamic pranayama technique that awakens the body, clears mental fog, and activates the solar plexus.
From there, the evening weaves together three core practices:
- ✨ Authentic Relating — playful, courageous connection through radical honesty and active listening, drawing you into presence and embodied awareness
- 🌊 Intuitive Movement — surrendering into somatic flow, letting your body take the lead
- 🤲 Conscious Touch — exploring the many dimensions of co-regulating touch, held within full awareness of desires and boundaries
Some pairings are randomised; others you choose yourself. Blindfolds may be introduced in certain activities to deepen your relationship with physical sensation and inner experience. Consent is central throughout — you always decide how deep you go and the level of physical contact you engage with.

👫 Who Is Welcome?
This event warmly welcomes all men, women and non-binary people aged 18+, both monogamous and non-monogamous. It is primarily aimed at hetero- and bisexual-identifying people.
Why are tickets sold by gender?
Tracking sign-ups by gender allows the team to maintain as balanced a mix as possible. If one gender becomes over-represented before the event, efforts are made to encourage sign-ups from under-represented gender(s).
💁♂️ Your Facilitator: Laurie King
Laurie King (he/him) is a queer British-Kiwi based in Berlin who has been facilitating Authentic Relating, Dating and Embodiment workshops across Oceania and Europe since 2019 — sparking thousands of nourishing connections and turning strangers into lifelong friends.
His training spans The Embody Lab, Authentic Revolution, Body Electric and Connection Institute. He has facilitated at internationally acclaimed festivals including Stretch and Ignite, as well as with organisations such as ART International and Authentic Bay Area.
