With over a decade of leadership at Monolith, Rob Hanson is dedicated to his vision of "Building the world’s largest clean hydrogen and materials company." He has spearheaded the development of the world’s first commercial-scale methane pyrolysis technology, which harnesses 100% clean electricity to convert natural gas into low-emission hydrogen and carbon black, vital for manufacturing rubber and plastics.

📚 Rob holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and is a highly sought-after speaker, recognized by the U.S. Department of State and various prestigious energy conferences. Prior to his role at Monolith, he served as the global director of product management at AREVA Solar, a leader in the nuclear industry.
