Fierce Mamas Brown Bag Lunches at The MAC

🥪 Welcome to the Brown Bag Commons!
Join us every Monday as Fierce Mamas opens a shared table for caregivers. Bring your lunch, the project you've been meaning to finish, or simply yourself! Whether you're tackling insurance paperwork, creating a collage from denial letters, or working quietly alongside others who understand caregiving, there’s a place for you here.

Some weeks we'll make things, other weeks we'll share ideas and resources, and sometimes we'll just enjoy each other's company. No pressure to share or have everything figured out! Stay for twenty minutes or the whole hour—it's entirely up to you.

📍 Location: The MAC (Memphis Alano Club)
💜 Free and open to caregivers of individuals facing medical, developmental, mental health, behavioral health, or substance use challenges.

We appreciate gathering at The MAC, a supportive community space. While our lunches are not about recovery meetings, we believe healing happens best in community. If you can, consider purchasing a drink or snack from the café during your visit to support this wonderful resource!
