Join us for an unforgettable experience featuring traditional flowing somen noodles, crafted on a bamboo slide made from local bamboo! 🎋✨

We'll kick off our adventure at Ogawamachi Station in Saitama, strolling through the picturesque countryside to our event site. On the way, we'll visit my organic farm where you can meet the crops! 🥕🍆

As we explore the fields, I'll introduce you to the vibrant summer vegetables currently in season. Depending on the harvest, we might even gather some fresh ingredients like eggplants, cucumbers, and green beans! 😋

For lunch, enjoy delicious dishes prepared with fresh produce from the farm. Our special mapo eggplant is a crowd favorite every year! 🍆✨

Indulge in the delightful hand-stretched Shimabara somen noodles from Nagasaki—said to be one of Japan's finest! 💪✨ After our meal, we will embark on a refreshing forest hike in the managed woods. The cooler temperatures and fresh air promise a rejuvenating experience! 🥾🌲

To top it all off, quench your thirst with homemade plum syrup soda and treat yourself to a light and refreshing rare cheesecake! 🍹🍰✨
