Free Yoga in Central Park

Free community yoga on the stage in Central Park thanks to Old Louisville Brewery and St. James Court Art Show! Guided by Yani Nicole from Old Louisville Jiu Jitsu Academy. Dress comfortably for movement, bring water and a mat. Sessions may be canceled if there is inclement weather.
