🚀 About Full Lifecycle AI Software Teams
This is a monthly meetup for everyone involved in the software lifecycle (engineers, product managers, designers, QA, technical leaders, and founders) who are rethinking how software gets built end to end in an AI-first world. It's not just about how individuals use AI, but how entire teams coordinate: defining, planning, designing, building, reviewing, and shipping software with AI agents involved.

The most effective teams today aren't coding every line themselves. They're setting objectives, deploying parallel agents, and concentrating on human judgment where it matters most. This transformation occurs at the team level, impacting the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Talks are technical and candid. Speakers reveal what they've actually delivered, what challenges they faced, and lessons learned. Expect no hand-waving about AI's impact; just practitioners sharing insights on what a truly agentic software team looks like in action.

We meet every 4th Tuesday of the month from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at STATION Austin.

🚗 Parking
Validation is available at the Omni Hotel garage between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM. To have your parking validated to $8, enter the garage at 5:00 PM or later and pick up a coupon from the front desk host at STATION Austin. Street parking is also available around the venue and is free after 6:00 PM on Tuesdays.
