111.30 - 12.00: Welcome followed by keynote address from Dr. Will Norman, London's Walking and Cycling Commissioner.
12.00 - 12.45: Making Sustainable Delivery Stack Up
With costs rising for businesses and households alike, sustainable urban freight needs to be both environmentally and financially sustainable. This session will explore how low-emission delivery can stack up in a challenging economic climate — from customer expectations and procurement to operations, investment and policy — to make cleaner urban freight work at scale.

12.45 - 13.30: Networking lunch
13:30-14:00: The Dutch Experience
The Netherlands have delivered innovative zero emission zones for freight, which have driven fleet electrification. We’ll hear from the City of Utrecht and outline evidence from the rollout.
14.00 - 14.30: Delivering Action
What are some practical actions already being taken by industry? In this session we will learn about a leading examples of sustainable freight delivery in practice, including corporate climate action and business-led innovation in decarbonisation.

14:30 - 15:20: Learning Lessons
This session will draw on research and delivery from the UK and beyond to learn lessons on how to drive progress toward sustainable urban freight in an effective and equitable way.

15:45 - 16.20: Looking to the Future
The final session will look ahead to the next phase of sustainable urban freight policy and delivery. The discussion will explore what is needed from local authorities, regional government, transport bodies and industry to drive the delivery of sustainable urban freight at scale.
