WHO's behind it?

The initiative is led by Yvonne Knap, who has studied meditation with Buddhist monks in Thailand for over a decade. She will guide a mindfulness session and share how mindfulness can positively shift family dynamics.

YVONNE's confession:
"I love hosting and preparing surprises for those who join. I aim to collaborate with future builders to create opportunities for connection through joy and mindfulness, inspired by my retreats in Thailand."

Mira Sergeeva joins as a co-host, discussing child development, including ADHD traits and identifying your kids' talents early.

MIRA's confession:
"Connecting with people from diverse backgrounds fosters learning and growth. I work with schools, universities, and companies to support the next generations through every life stage. I'm here as a connector and supporter, which is my purpose."
