A guided, hands-on pasta workshop where you learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and then sit down to enjoy it together.
This experience is beginner-friendly, structured, and easy to join solo. Everything is guided step by step by a professional chef, so no previous cooking experience is needed.

How the evening works
You’ll learn how to:
Mix fresh pasta dough
Work the dough texture correctly
Use a pasta machine
Shape different pasta formats
Everyone works at the same pace. You’ll have your own dough, time on the machine, and guidance at every step.
Once the pasta is ready, the chef prepares it with the pasta sauce of the week. Vegetarian options are always available.
After cooking, we sit down together to enjoy the pasta you made, accompanied by two glasses of Aperol Spritz.
The atmosphere is relaxed and social.
