Experience level: Riders should be experienced riding in a group and comfortable riding at a high pace. This ride will include intervals and changes in speed, so participants should be confident with close group riding and rotating during the ride.

We’re hoping for sunshine. Please remember to bring water to stay hydrated. In case of bad weather, the ride will be cancelled.
For everyone’s safety, please follow the ride leader’s instructions and obey all traffic rules. A helmet is mandatory, and you must bring your own equipment in case of a puncture.
