Session Overview: Immerse yourself in a soothing, non-invasive 20-minute Reiki experience during your lunch hour. This session is rooted in the Mrs. Takata-style Reiki, taught by esteemed Reiki Master Pamela Miles from New York. Expect a calming atmosphere similar to a spa, where energy flows through me as the practitioner, enhancing relaxation. Initially, my hands will be gently placed at your head, face, and throat, while subsequent placements will be just above your body, ensuring your utmost comfort. Feel free to lie down or sit upright, depending on your preference.

About the Healer: Jacqueline Delibes is not just a Reiki healer but also a HeartMath Certified Coach, artist, and healthcare writer for an academic medical institution. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based principles delivered with genuine care.
