Independence Day Fireworks on the Hudson River

Join us for a spectacular fireworks display along the Hudson River, now rescheduled for Sunday, July 5 at 1 Washington Street (People’s Waterfront Park)! 🌟

🕘 The show will kick off at approximately 9:00 p.m. but be sure to arrive early! Parking and prime viewing spots can be challenging to secure, so we recommend getting there by 7:00 p.m. for the best experience. Guests arriving after 8:00 p.m. may face limited parking options.

🚧 Important: Road closures will be in effect to ensure public safety:

• Broadway (between Grand Street and Colden Street) and Colden Street (between Washington Street and Water Street) will close from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Southbound traffic on Water Street will also be diverted to Powell Avenue from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

🧑‍✈️ The City of Newburgh Police Department will be on-site to assist in providing a safe and enjoyable environment.
