IPPON NIPPON PARIS: Reading Wood | 木を読む — Japanese Joinery Workshop Registration
About the Workshop
Join Japanese carpenters for a small-group workshop exploring Tsugite, a traditional Japanese joinery technique.
Through assembling a traditional wooden joint, participants will discover Japanese woodworking culture, craftsmanship, and the idea of “Reading Wood”—the practice of understanding the unique character of each piece of wood.
Whether you are interested in architecture, design, craft, Japanese culture, or simply curious to learn something new, you are warmly welcome!
