🌟 Join us for a fun language exchange experience! 🌟

📅 Event Details:
Welcome to our Language Exchange event! Participants will be divided into small groups of 3-4 based on their language proficiency. Each session lasts 45 minutes, where you can freely converse in either Japanese or English without any set discussion topics. Feel free to ask questions and enjoy your sessions!

🗓️ Schedule:

• Check-in and Group Placement: 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM
• Japanese Conversation: 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
• English Conversation: 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM

📍 Location:
Atrium Food Court, 595 Bay St., Toronto
Look for the organizer holding a TJEX sign!

💵 Admission Fees:

• Japanese speakers: $2
• Non-Japanese speakers studying Japanese: $5
  The fees collected will go towards maintaining our website and funding future language exchange facilities and social events. Thank you for your understanding!

⚠️ Important RSVP Policies:

• No-shows after registration or lateness over 15 minutes might result in removal from the group.
• Late arrivals without prior notice may not be allowed to join the event. Please contact the organizer if you anticipate being late.
• Waiting List: If we're full, you can sign up for the waiting list. Priority will be given based on the order of registration.
