Jitterbug Jump - Celebrating World Lindy Hop Day

Join us to celebrate the vibrant World Lindy Hop Day and honor the birthday of the iconic Frankie Manning, widely celebrated as The Ambassador of Swing! 🎂 This lively event features the talented Coucou Zazous—a fantastic Gypsy Jazz band with a delightful French twist! Expect exhilarating tempos that Balboa and Shag dancers will adore.

Throughout the night, enjoy classic activities including the snowball, shim sham, and a big apple dance! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting out, this is the perfect evening to connect with fellow swing enthusiasts, polish your moves, and revel in the joy of Lindy Hop together.

🎵 Music: This event will be brimming with swing tunes! Apologies to Rock'n'Roll fans—this month is all about the swing! While a few RnR songs will play, expect the focus to be on swing vibes.

👟 Schedule: Doors open at 7 PM, followed by a Taster Class inspired by Frankie at 7:10 PM. This beginner-friendly class requires no partner or experience; we rotate partners to help you meet new faces!

🕗 Social Dancing kicks off at 8 PM with the amazing Coucou Zazous, inviting everyone to fill the floor and celebrate the dance that unites us all.

💰 Cost: $23 (includes class + social dancing). Class passes are welcome.
