Living in Xwotʼqom / Bellingham, Jory Mickelson is known for their powerful poetic voice. With three published books, including Picturing (2025), All This Divide (2024), and Wilderness//Kingdom (2019), they are a celebrated figure in contemporary poetry. Currently an Open AiR MT resident at the Butte-Silver Bow Archives, they're deeply rooted in the history and landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.
