Join us for your weekly dose of joy, silliness, and some seriously good dancing at Hove Lagoon, right by the waterfront! 🌊💃 Experience easy-to-follow routines set to the best pop and dance music, filled with nostalgia and high energy. No prior experience is needed—everyone is welcome, regardless of their dancing level! 🎈

We're embracing the outdoors at the Lagoon, enjoying fresh air and a sea breeze. If the weather decides to be dramatic, we'll move our fun indoors to Vida Active in Hove. 🌤️ Keep an eye out for updates!

Little ones are more than welcome to join! This isn’t a class designed specifically for parents and babies, but rather a fun dance session where you can bring your kids along if needed. Some attendees bring their kids, some don't—whichever works for you! 🎊
