JoyBop Hove- Friday morning class

Join us for your weekly dose of joy, silliness, and some seriously good dancing right by the waterfront at Hove Lagoon! 🌊

This class features easy-to-follow routines set to the best pop and dance music, filling the air with nostalgia and big energy. 💃 No experience is needed — all bodies and all levels are warmly welcome!

We’re taking it outside at the Lagoon for fresh air and good vibes! If the weather decides to be dramatic, we’ll move indoors to Vida Active in Hove instead. We’ll always keep you updated!

Feel free to bring along little ones — this class isn’t solely designed for mums and babies, but it’s a fun dance setting where kids are absolutely welcome. Whether you choose to bring them or not, everyone’s invited!

✨ Easter Holiday Special! This week, kids of any age can join for free! If your older ones are off school, bring them along to join in, run around, or snack as they like. The more, the merrier! 🐣
