Join Dr. Joel Friedman, a research scientist at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, as he delves into the harmonious intersection of Judaism and Tai Chi. This engaging workshop will explore how these practices can guide us towards a more balanced life, resilient to the daily verbal, physical, and hypothetical stresses we encounter.
Discover key lessons from the Torah, Jewish mystical traditions, as well as Tai Chi and Daoist meditative practices, providing a roadmap to achieve balance. Participants will learn a simple movement that illustrates these principles, promoting health in a holistic way.
