O události

Join us for an exciting open day at Walt Disney’s Barn, hosted by the Carolwood Foundation! 🏡 On this special day, celebrated author Bill Cotter will be signing his insightful books about the 1964-65 New York World's Fair.

Walt Disney famously contributed four iconic pavilions to the fair: it’s a small world, Progressland, Ford's Magic Skyway, and Mr. Lincoln for the State of Illinois. 📚 Guests can purchase books at our gift shop and are welcome to bring other works by Bill Cotter for signing.

Explore the magic of Walt Disney’s Carolwood Barn, the original home workshop that sparked the birth of Imagineering. Discover breathtaking displays, including treasures from the backyard railroads of Walt Disney, Ward Kimball, and Ollie Johnston, as well as a model of Disneyland's classic Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland attraction. 🚂

On-site, you can also find the restored Santa Fe and Disneyland Railroad combine car alongside Ollie Johnston's backyard La Canada Valley Railroad depot. 🏞️

Don't miss our formal flag retreat ceremony at 2:30 PM as we conclude this wonderful day! 🎊
