The Format: Blind Themed Tables
Meaningful relationships aren't built in crowds. They're built in small, intentional circles.
That's why every Inner Circle dinner is organized around curated themed tables, grouped by industry, interests, or a shared lens on life and business.
Each table seats around 6 founders. Each one has its own theme and you'll be placed where the fit feels right.
One table is always reserved for new members, a warm landing space for those joining the Karisma family for the first time.
After dinner, we all gather as one group again and let the night flow so you leave with both: intimate connections and broader serendipity.
