His debut record, “Dual Citizen,” captures his musical consciousness and creative journey, shaped by the mentorship of the Detroit jazz community led by his father, trumpeter Marcus Belgrave.

Kasan's impressive resume includes performances with Jazz @ Lincoln Center featuring Wynton Marsalis, and collaborations with renowned artists like Karriem Riggins and Etienne Charles. His diverse musical background spans Latin, R&B, and techno, making him a multifaceted musician.
