✨ KIRTAN & SOUND JOURNEY – FULL MOON CEREMONY 30 JANUARY ✨
Join us for a heart-centered evening celebrating the liberating power of the full moon! This celestial event is a time for clarity and revelation, where what has been hidden comes to light, and what is ready to be released can be let go.

I invite you to a ceremonial evening where we use our voices, mantras, and sound as tools to deepen our connection and open our hearts.

Kirtan, rooted in the bhakti yoga tradition, is a meditative and repetitive mantra singing experience, allowing us to sing together in a non-judgmental space. No need to be a “singer” here – your voice serves as a tool for presence, feeling, and energy rather than performance.

Singing under the full moon amplifies our intention to release, helping us to gently unravel what may be stuck emotionally, energetically, and within the nervous system.

This evening will provide a safe and welcoming space where you can:
✨ Open your heart through mantra singing
✨ Release tensions and blockages through vibration
✨ Connect with yourself in community and presence
✨ Participate in a simple releasing ritual aligned with the full moon

After Kirtan, we will transition into a deep Sound Journey featuring gong, crystal bowls, and meditative sounds, allowing your body to relax into stillness as the nervous system calms and energy is integrated.
