Due to the forecasted inclement weather, the 7th Annual Knights of Columbus Chili Cookoff has been rescheduled to Saturday, February 28, 2026! Thank you for your continued support, and please stay safe this weekend! 🙏

Event Details:

• Location: 1705 E Peters Colony Rd, Carrollton, TX, US 75007
• Time: After 17:00 Mass in Assisi Hall

All parishioners are encouraged to join in on the fun—whether you wish to cook or judge! 🏆🔥 Enjoy People’s Choice Voting, and stand a chance to win prizes for:

• Best Tasting Chili 🍲
• Hottest Chili 🌶️
• Best Decorated Booth 🎨

🌟 Challenge fellow ministries and get creative with your booth decor! Sample all the chili entries, cast your votes, and enjoy great fellowship.

How to Enter:

• Entry Fee: Only $20 to register your Cook Off team with a chance to win the grand prize and bragging rights for the entire year!
