Join us for a laid-back shakeout run with Friendly Fish the evening before the Berlin Frauenlauf! 💙

This easygoing social run is designed for all paces and will allow participants to enjoy the camaraderie while calming those pre-race nerves.

📍 Meet-Up Location: Start & finish at Friendly Fish
🏃‍♀️ Distance: A breezy 4–5 km, open to everyone

Each participant will receive one complimentary sushi roll, generously provided by Friendly Fish 🍣. After the run, those who wish can stroll over to Monbijou Park to relax, stretch, and share some good vibes.

You don't need to be running in the Frauenlauf; everyone is welcome! This event is all about community and movement.
