These regular lessons occur every Thursday from 5-6 PM in June. Each month will feature a different topic.

💥 LEVEL: Intermediate & Higher. Basic dance skills in Salsa, Bachata, or other Latin dances are required. These lessons are danced solo (not in couples). If you’re unsure of your level, feel free to come and give it a try!

Podpatky, sebevědomí, attitude… tahle lekce má všechno! 🔥 Přijď v červnu na Ladies Heels s Martinou Drasarovou, kde se zaměříme na Spins & Turns. Obsah lekce:

• Čistou techniku otáček a balanc
• Elegantní spiny a spotting
• Styling a jistotu v pohybu
• Ženskost, sílu a být sama sebou 💋
  Těšíme se na každou z vás!

Pravidelné lekce se konají každý čtvrtek od 17:00 do 18:00 v červnu.

💥 ÚROVEŇ: mírně pokročilí a vyšší. Základní taneční dovednosti v salse, bachatě nebo jiných latinskoamerických tancích jsou požadovány. Tyto lekce se tančí sólo (nikoliv v párech). Pokud si nejste jisté, zda je vaše úroveň dostatečná, přijďte si to jednou vyzkoušet!
