Screening of a French documentary film Levures indigènes (Natural yeasts) followed by a discussion with the filmmaker Justine Saint - Lô and the main character Beatriz Papamija from Clos Kixhaya. After party in Vinarna by Alma with wines of Clos Kixhaya starts at 20:00
Béa, a Colombian living in Chinon, makes natural wine alone in her cellar. Surrounded by indigenous yeasts—those invisible microorganisms naturally present on the skin of the grape and in its environment that transform sugar into alcohol—she experiments, tastes, and transforms. A foreigner, a woman, and an unconventional winemaker, she defies the codes of a traditionally male-dominated field and proves she can thrive where she's least expected. Through living wine, she explores her freedom, her doubts, and gradually establishes her name, her style, and her place.
