Embark on a journey of free-form movement to dance our intentions into existence, embody gratitude, and awaken the light within.

🎶 Sound Bath & Juta Energy Healing
Relax and receive healing vibrations from alchemy crystal singing bowls and sacred sound, gently guiding your body, mind, and spirit into deep relaxation.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable, warm clothing (dress in layers)
• Hat & sunscreen
• A journal & pen for reflection
• Two blankets (one to sit on, one for the sound bath)
• A water bottle
