Luboš Pospíšil & 5P – výročí 75 let

The matador of the Czech music scene, with a voice that is unmistakable, is enjoying one of the happiest periods of his more than fifty-year career, highlighted by the solo CD Poesis Beat, the anniversary of the release of his cult debut Tenhle vítr jsem měl rád (I Loved This Wind) and the best-of album “Tři čtvrtě století” (Three Quarters of a Century) to mark the legend's 75th birthday.

After a series of concerts promoting his seminal album Soukromá elegie (Private Elegy, which went gold!) and a retrospective Route 66 tour promoting a 13-CD Supraphon box set, Luboš entered the Beat Hall of Fame... and is now reaping all the rewards and accolades in concert halls from Šumava to Ostrava, which are increasingly sold out. In October 2019, he released his first live album, Ostrava !!! Live, and filled two Lucerna bars in Prague to capacity, both during his seventh anniversary celebrations and as part of his current tour. It offers a cross-section of the protagonist's entire career; the audience can look forward to proven songs from the golden era (Jekyll a Hyde, Soukromá cesta do nikam), as well as "younger" hits (Vznikla zem, Tak navštiv bar, Poesis Beat) and two completely new songs.
