Come train with me
Starting Tuesday 21 April, I am running a free weekly martial arts class at the Marineterrein. One hour, outdoors, on the rather glorious stretch of grass in front of Codam (building 039). We meet at the picnic table on the corner. 17:30 to 18:30, every Tuesday.
We will start with long staff fundamentals, which is a quietly brilliant way to wake up everything your desk job has been slowly putting to sleep, shoulders, back, neck, arms, the works.
It is free. It is outside. It is Amsterdam in spring.
You really cannot miss it.
