MooseWood Nature Center Celebrates 30 Years!

Join us in celebrating the 30th Anniversary of MooseWood Nature Center at the Peg Hirvonen Band Shell! 🎶

Enjoy a fantastic evening filled with activities starting at 5 PM:

• A scrolling slideshow and storyboard of our history 📜
• Various educational exhibits, including a live honeybee demonstration 🐝
• Interactive displays featuring Smokey Bear and free face painting by Chaos Goblin 🎨
• Meet our live educational animals: a corn snake, painted turtle, box turtles, gray tree frog, and Shelldon, the snapping turtle 🐢
• Explore a Waste Management recycling truck and view art made from recycled materials by local students 🎨
• Savor delicious food from local food trucks: Basil and Banjo, La Catrina, and Hitched Up Coffee Co. 🌮☕

Post Concert Gathering 🎂

Following the Children’s Concert at 6:30 PM, join us for a gathering featuring an anniversary cake cutting. You can also purchase ice cream from Becky's Roadside Refreshment next door! 🍦
