Join us at MRC Wednesday for an exciting midweek run! 🌈 Experience the thrill of running with our amazing teams:

Running Routes:

• 🏃‍♀️ Go Go Gose: 7 km at 6:00 min/km
• 💪 Iskold Classic: 2 km at 5:45 min/km + 5 km at 5:15 min/km
• 🚀 Space Race: 2 km warm-up, 3 km at 4:45, 1 km at 5:30-45, 3 km at 4:45, 2 km cool down = approx. 11 km at 5:05-10 min/km

📍 Location: Warpigs Brewpub, Flæsketorvet 25-37, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark
📅 We run every Wednesday at 5:30 pm!
