Ninja Noir Academy with Benjamin "Benoir" Metzger at SOL House of Healing Arts

Award winning Musician, Artist, Educator, Actor, Entrepreneur, and Long Beach community leader Benjamin "Benoir" Metzger launched his Ninja Noir Academy at SOL this April. Distilling his passion for music, martial arts and spirituality into lessons that allow students to explore themselves with joy and curiosity leading to self transformation and healing. Self Knowledge, Gentle Movement and Open Discussions engage participants. Utilizing percussion, chanting and breathing exercises, participants explore obvious and hidden modalities. Tangible and esoteric fun that focuses on who shows up and what their interests are. Love and light are at the center of this revolutionary path to self enlightenment and exploration. All ages are welcome. Suggested materials include a yoga mat (limited supply available), towel, and possibly a string instrument or hand percussion to use in our quiet yet dynamic acoustic healing jams.
