No Small Talk— Emotional Intelligence Picnic & Aperitivo Meaningful Connections

Are you tired of superficial conversations and finding it difficult to build genuine friendships and partnerships?

(only people up to 40 years old, to keep the group and friendships relatively young and on a similar generation)

This meetup is for people who would like to connect in a more thoughtful and human way—through honest conversations, shared interests, books, personal growth, emotional intelligence, and also simply having fun together.

It is especially welcoming to introverted or shy people who want to become more social at their own pace, without pressure to perform or pretend to be someone else.

We will meet in Parco Sempione, sit together on the grass and have a relaxed shared aperitivo.
I will bring a blanket with space for around three or four people. Please bring your own blanket, towel or anything comfortable to sit on. You are also welcome to bring something to eat or drink and share with the group.

The purpose is not to judge who is or is not emotionally intelligent. It is to create a respectful space where we can listen, exchange ideas, learn from each other and hopefully build real friendships and collaborations.

In a society where many interactions are fast, distracted or superficial, this is an experiment in meeting people differently: with curiosity, kindness, openness and respect.
English and Italian will be our communication languages.

You do not need to be extremely confident or outgoing. You only need to be respectful, open-minded and interested in connecting with others.

Arrogant, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour will not be accepted.
