North Sea Round Town

On June 26, we join forces with NSRT for a special club night w/ their artist-in-focus, Chaerin, who presents an improvisation-based live performance alongside Alberta Balsam. Also on the bill are the iconic Naone and local talent awyn1000.

Trained as a classical pianist in Seoul, Chaerin has recently shifted towards a more electronic, synth-driven sound, exploring this evolution through the raw and experimental energy of Rotterdam. Together with Alberta Balsam, a longstanding figure in Rotterdam’s music scene, they will perform a live set unfolding in real time.

awyn1000 sets the tone for the night, while Naone closes down the night. Also hailing from Seoul, Naone brings her fluid club sound rooted in ’90s and early-2000s rave culture, ranging from dark progressive house, dubbed-out tech house, psychedelic techno, acid, and hypnotic, groove-driven club music.
