Ooni/Portable Oven Class Announcement!This class will teach you how to bake a pizza in an Ooni/portable oven without burning it 🙂 Sunday, June 28th, New Haven, CT. 9 AM - 1 PM.There will be in-depth discussion about the design of the oven, how to prepare, pre-heat and bake a pizza without burning it. ​Time will be given to the process of baking your pizza in a portable oven as well.​Fire shields using fire bricks and aluminum foil will be discussed and demonstrated.​2 charts with heat rings will be discussed per burner location in your oven.​We'll also talk about correct dough size, and two recipes with a quick demo will be given including one for a 12" oven and one for a 16" ovenThe dough and sauce will not be an in-depth conversation as the main premise of this class is to teach you have to make a New Haven Style Pizza in an Ooni or Portable oven. If you would like an in-depth, step by step instructions on how to make the dough please take my standard brick and mortar class for that.
